We reply with your total, the delivery fee and your delivery window. Out of stock? We suggest a substitute and swap it only with your OK.
Picked & packed
Your order is picked fresh from our shelves the same day. Cold items stay cold in insulated bags.
Delivered
Brought to your door within your window. Prefer to collect? Tell us and we will have it ready in store.

We deliver within a defined radius around our store in Mississauga, Ontario. Keeping the radius local is exactly what lets us promise same-day.
- Same-day for orders placed earlier in the day; later orders go out in the next available window - we tell you which when we confirm.
- Small delivery fee, confirmed with your total before anything is packed. No strict minimum order.
- Not sure you are in range? Send your postal code with your first order and we will confirm straight away.
- In-store pickup is always available as an alternative.

Why not just use an app?
Because a neighbour beats a platform
Large delivery platforms come with minimum orders, delivery slots days out, service fees and a substitution policy you find out about at the door. Around a third to nearly half of Canadian shoppers report frustration with delays and inflexibility.
